Chlorophyll - During sunny weather, the speed stat of Pokémon with this ability doubles. This effect lasts until the sunny weather ends

HISTORY:
Ikuya was born and raised in Radiant Gardens like every single one of his family members, where ever single one was born as an Oddish and all evolved into a Bellossom. Ikuya never wanted to be a Bellossom, he would have rather become more like the rapper that he admired who was a Vileplume. That pokemon with a single large flower on his head that grew off to the side as he spit some beats and danced on stage turned into Ikuya's idol. Ikuya even started dressing similar to his idol and would reject his Mother's wishes to go to hula dance practice. Instead, he went to the streets to learn how to break dance. As he went through his very, very smelly Gloom stage, he would hang around with the wrong crowd and tried to chill with Nuzleaf and Weepinbell from his neighborhood. However, on his 15th birthday, a favorable wind came along that smelled of sun stone and Ikuya was turned, just like the rest of his family, into a Bellossom.

Sick of fate and sick of being told what he should do and who he should be, Ikuya ran away from home and ended up coming to Traverse Town. He had big plans now. Dance in music videos and become a idol to other people like him, show them that they could be whomever they want to be... Even if they didn't really look the part. Ikuya's plans shifted when the worlds started to darken one by one. He had to go find his parents and apologize to them for being such a butt. Thing is, he didn't have the munny for a trip back to his parents world and soon there weren't any ships that were still willing to transport him there. Trying to get back to where his parents were, Ikuya was working at his part-time job when the store was attacked. Ikuya's only choice was to fight as he tried to save some customers that were being attacked by heartless. His kicks and fists weren't working against these strange creatures. Ikuya was too determined to give up and the next second he found a keyblade in his hand. He didn't question it till later, but something about that weapon knocked back the heartless when his fist couldn't. He didn't expect all of this... To get a keyblade and be assigned to a team to help defend the worlds, but he thought that maybe this was his shot to prove that he could be more. More then just a stupid Bellossom that hulas in the sun all day.

Ikuya is a pretty cool guy, but he can be a hot head for a grass type. He hates seeing people in need and it may either set him off in a rant to help someone or will have him jumping in like some white knight to save them, but either way he'll be getting in the middle of it. Ikuya is an early riser, normally liking to get out and about to get things done. He loves training and exercise, though break dancing is his favorite and he normally can't help but move to a good beat. One of Ikuya's favorite things is natural light, weither it be moonlight or sunlight, both recharge his batteries and he'll normally stop and sit to enjoy the light. Though Ikuya likes light, he has a big beef with the light absorbing flowers on top of his head. He hates them and hates it when people comment on them or try to touch him. Actually, touching him would be a bad idea in the first place since he might jump away or freak out because he has a few fears of people touching him.
